DOWNLOAD FAILURE

This problem started late last night. Regardless of what file I select when I go to download it I never get a box allowing me to save to my HD. It just sits there. The small task bar in the lower right hand corner of my screen goes up to about 60% and then stops.If I then try the FTP option I get the same results.AVSIM is the only site I'm having a problem with. I use ZoneAlarm antivirus but this problem persists with or without the AV pgrm activated.Any ideas? Joe

Started about 3 weeks ago.FAQs have been read. Norton AV is not installed. NOD32 in use.NOD32 AV turned offZA turned offRouter rebootedcomputer rebootedRouter disconnected for a straight pipe into Avsimwindows firewall turned offStill hangs around 60%. No download box ever appears like it used to.IE6 cannot connectFirefox cannot connectOpera cannot connectSeaMonkey cannot connectBrowsers above work perfect and download perfect from any other site except Avsim.In Avsim library can open the zipdive preview ok. I can click on any file in the zipfile preview that is clickable and download from the library no problem. But as soon as the blue download button is clicked it loads that second page like normal but then hangs around 60%. From the archives it appears quite a few people have this problem yet very few seem to be able to fix it. Downloaded here for years no prob until recently. Go figure.MW
