May 19, 200719 yr Finally got it working =)When using G00gle with FlashEarth.com I get very high resolution of my area (can see my two cars). But in FSX this is not the case, just very low resolution. However the airport area (LPFR) 55km east is covered in high detail. May 19, 200719 yr Maybe TileProxy and flashearth load different versions of the mapthere is a &v parameter in the URL that allows you to define the map version to access. You can try omitting the parameter entirely (hoping for the LATEST map version).

May 19, 200719 yr I thought so too, until I tried 1024x1024 bitmaps in FSX. So take it as a fact that FSX can to the 1.1m/pixel with FS9 style phototerrain.
