fltmc.exe should reside in your C:WINDOWSsystem32 folderFor some reason your C:WINDOWSsystem32 is not in the console terminal's search path and thus it can't locate the fltmc.exe program.Copy fltmc.exe into your TileProxy folder (which is found in the Microsoft Flight Simulator X folder) and then the filter driver should get loaded.Christian
