Here are a couple of shots.Mostly, it looks very good, like here:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176910.jpgI had a hard time getting my shots sharp, and initially thought Beta6 had reduced performance. However, I noticed it had reduced my LOD Radius setting to 2.5 (Low), where as I normally keep it at 3.0 (between low and medium)I get a lot of those artifacts, all over the US west coast (the only region I tried)http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176911.jpgThey tend to pop in and out a little, but there're quite significant and annoying. they seem to follow this north-south pattern as you can see.TP doing its thing...http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176912.jpg

I gave the new version a try as well and it works pretty good for me. I also had some problems with big "water tiles" inland that seemed to pop up after some time and also vanished now and then.Texture loading times could be better, although Tileproxy accesses are often around 800 tiles but the number varies very much on my sytem.(FSX SP1 on Win XP SP2, C2D E6300 @2.3ghz, 2gb ram, geforce 7900gt)Any tips for some FSX.cfg tweaks? (I'll try the LOD Radius tweak Jimmy suggested above)Now some pics of the flight. All are unedited except for resizing. All the shots were taken around Wangen, Switzerland near the Bodensee.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176913.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176914.jpgAbove are two shots of my problem with the water tileshttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176916.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/176917.jpgAbove two shots showing some terrain nearby. Not really visible is that some textures in the vicinity were not totally crisp
