Thanks for your guide to Tileproxy. After having used it some time ago I came back to the new version yesterday. However I have a problem with the google service. A few minutes after lifting off I get a disconnect from the google server with some kind of "virus warning" for accessing the server too often. I have heard about the problem before but never had it myself. Is there anything I can do about it?

If this is going to be freeware, I'm glad I couldn't bring myself over yet to buy FEX :-)

I gave the new version a try as well and it works pretty good for me. I also had some problems with big "water tiles" inland that seemed to pop up after some time and also vanished now and then.Texture loading times could be better, although Tileproxy accesses are often around 800 tiles but the number varies very much on my sytem.(FSX SP1 on Win XP SP2, C2D E6300 @2.3ghz, 2gb ram, geforce 7900gt)Any tips for some FSX.cfg tweaks? (I'll try the LOD Radius tweak Jimmy suggested above)Now some pics of the flight. All are unedited except for resizing. no, I havent't installed your scenery yet. But I will do so and delete the old AFCAD because it put me into the water one time I started from Vancouver....Regards Michael

I got it to work. It had something to do with the language of the sim. I have a german version of it. I simply renamed it in the scenery.cfgThe program found some duplicated ones (nothing for Vancouver)I deleted them. But nevertheless the problem is still there. Any other suggestions what to do?Regards Michael

hmmm, when I start ScanAfd I get the error "unable to find Addon Scenery directory in Scenery.cfg. PLease send a copy of your scenery.cfg file to the author at [email protected]"What is going wrong?ThanksRegards Michael

Hello, since three days, I have a strange CTD around Orcas Island. The first time the CTD occured, when I flew from Sitka to Bremerton with my King Air. It occured when I started my descend. I got an error notification-> modname:unknown (nothing with terrain.cfg) The second time it occured I flew from Bremerton to Orcas Island with the Beaver. About 2nm before the landing on Orcas->CTDI have the Orcas Island scenery from FS Addon, but it makes no difference if it is installed or not.If I try to load a flight on Orcas Island the loading screen remains about 10 seconds on 0% and then I get the error notification from above.I tried to load at night but it's the same. So I think it isn't a seasonal CTD (I have the patch installed)I use FS Genesis Mesh, Landclass and US Roads. I tried to disable all of the sceneries I installed the days before but it doesn't work.(Mainly sceneries for Alaska)I can start from Victoria, Diamond Point and Vancouver without a problem. Today I managed to fly right above Orcas Island before the CTD ocurred.One thing, (I don't think it has anything to do with that) when I started in Vancouver (I chose "Active runway") my plane stood into the water, that never happened before....I have no clue what else I can do now. Any suggestions? Can it be an AFCAD issue?Regards Michael

Hello, I have the same problem too. FS stutters and then the textures refresh. I also downloaded Adaware and Spybot but I still have the problem. The problem first occured when I followed the tuning guide from OneTinSoldier (great guide by the way) I only changed settings in FS and installed a new driver. I think the problem has nothing to to with spyware or something like that.I installed the Catalyst 4.6 for my R9800 Pro. Should I install the 4.7 beta? Any other suggestions what to do?@ Dark MomentDid you do anything else except running Adawrae and Spybot and do you also have a Radeon 9800 Pro?This refreshing is really anoying...

ok, I think I have discovered the problem. I reinstalled the aircarft, and now erverything works fine again. Thze only I reason I can imagine what the prolem was, is that I installed the gmax augusta 109 helicopter from hovercontrol after my first SU2 flight. It must have overwritten some files from the pmdg 737.

Hello, if have a big problem with the MCP. I have done three flights with the SU2 so far. On the first flight, everything went well. But yesterday I set up a flight from KJFK to KSEA. I programmed the FMC like always. My problem: The whole MCP doesn't react!! First the TOGA mode didn't work and even if I'm in the air and set the VNAV and LNAV nothing happens. I can also set HDG or ALT, nothing happens! I can fly on, as if nothing had happend. (control the aircraft with my joystick)The autopilot does not take control of the aircraft. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, because on my first flight everything went well.Can anyone help me? Thanks.Regards Semmel
