MS Failed to read from file

I started TileProxy, received TP Ready message in DOS box.Started FSX and went to start-up airfeld. TP appeared to start doing stuff but FSX got to about 6% and then errord with "Failed to Read File".Can anyone advise what might be the problem?Regards,Stuart
