Rc Via Widefs

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,Trying to setup RC on a network. Installed RC to the client machine. Widefs connects to the server, load the fltpln in RC and start. The RC display shows in FSX, seemingly all is well but the wav files don't play. RC installed on the server machine works fine so it's not a sound problem probably. Set the path for flt/wx, have the appropriate files shared with read/write capability. ASX and FS Commander are networked from the same client and work fine.Would really appreciate any help!ThanksJeb

rc is going to play on the machine that it's running on. what kind of sound card is in that machine? is the sound on the motherboard? do you have the latest sound drivers? is the volume turned up?
