...and it's that lame glider thingy too.How do I get FSX to just load to the main screen again please?I thought it was in the FSX.cfg but cannopt find any such option.Thanx.

Under Options->Settings->Generalthere should be something like "show opening screen" ...which you want to check if you want the menu to come right up.
