Is The In Game Clock Fixed?

being away from FS for a while, i dont yet have FSX as i am waiting for a new pc to run it. one of the most annoying things for me about fs9 was the fact that the in game clock was off, i forgot whether it ran too slow or fast. i do alot of long flights and i have had in game clock and real world time differ by as much as 45 mins sometimes. so i was wondering, is this fixed in fsx?adam
