Programing Question On Voice Buddy

Hello,I use Voice Buddy and have programed all the key presses I have needed until now. I need Voice Buddy to press and hold the H key down and while holding it down to then press and release one of the keys in the number row at the top of the keyboard. Example: I am using PFE. In order to request from ATC an increase in altitude of 1000 feet, I need to press and hold the H key down while pressing and releasing the #1 key. I can hold the H key down with the formula H[WAIT;500] which holds the H down for 500 milliseconds, but I cannot figure out how to then have it press the numeral I need while holding the H or L down in the one command.
