lonny payne's update

Recommended Posts

VSI on lonny's latest update is indicating 500 fpm greater # than what I have dialed into autopilot (both climb & descent). Using it in posky 767; have checked to make sure install and proper panel config file in use (767 FMC). Anyone have an idea what is going on? Thx!Regards,

Roy,I noticed the same. Also the analog altimeter starts to deviate at higher altitudes. Therefore, I replaced both gauges by two gauges from the Fokker 70/100 project. Works perfectly, including lighting. See attached modification of the panel.cfg.gauge96=F100_VSI, 363,557,104,104gauge97=F100_ALT, 366,446,102,100//gauge96=zvsi!zvsi, 363,557,104,104//gauge97=zaltimeter!zaltimeter, 366,446,102,100Best regards,Henrihttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg

Henri,Do you have a fix for the OBS adjuster on Nav 1? Really annoying having to mouse click for each degree.

Thanks a lot, Lonny. It is a wonderful panel and I understand it will keep getting better all the time. Did you happen to address the altimeter issue as well?Keep up the excellent work. It is highly appreciated.Best regards,Henrihttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg

I agree with Henri, it's a wonderful panel! However, I cannot get the updates, Geocities won't allow downloading them. I have a HP there as well and have run into the same problem before. It's Geocities' policy to not allow their web space to be used merely as a storage space and such. Annoying, but since it's free... :)Lonny, is there any other way to get hold of these updates? Thanks! :)Jure

A gauge update has just been uploaded that fixes all these issues. I also added the ability to close all windows using a right mouse click. I also added more mouse repeat areas to the altimeter bug and airspeed bugs. It should be up in a day or so.Lonny
