Reinstall of MD-11

Unforeseen circumstances led me to having to blow away my whole FS9 folder. Before this happened, I installed the patch for the 11. Now, where I try to reinstall my MD-11, it will not let me run the installer. Here is what it says:Setup has detected that the version 1.10.051 FS9 is already installed. This setup installs an earlier version of the PMDG.You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version. When I try to run the patch installer it just installs like it normally would, doesn't uninstall the patch. What should I do?Many thanks,Brendan

Brendan-You should NEVER uninstall software by simply deleting the folders.Go into your ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS menu in Windows, and uninstall the MD-11. Then you'll be able to reinstall.Never ever ever ever ever uninstall software by deleting the folders...
