Microsoft ESP

Featured Replies

Hello,I have just stumbled upon the knowledge of a new flight simulator produced by Microsoft. This software appears to be aimed at business entities that seek to train flight personnel. However, some of the screen shots were so inviting that I have taken an interest. The terrain within this software looks extremely convincing. Furthermore, it really does seem to enhance "realism" something we all strive for in this hobby. Is there anyone here who has experienced this software? If so, please leave a post or IM me. I really would like to hear a person's review before making a decision. Thanks

Hi,It's not a flight sim, but a platform to build upon. If I remember right, the platform would set you back about $700.

$700!!!!I am aware of what the Microsoft ESP is but it got me thinking . How much would it cost if you had to replace your flightsim and all your add-ons Just imagine starting from scratch with your credit card and re building your flightsim to the one you have now I bet there are quite a few of us who could surpass $700Mark (realising where his money has gone)

See my reply to the your same question asked in the FSX forum.ESP will cease to be sold effective March 31, 2009. It was never intended for anyone but government or corporate user/developers.
