Was it called Autostar ?I had a look for it in the library but it only shows the FSX version though I have a version that works in FS9Mark

real_stars.zip in the Avsim forum is probably what your looking for. Works with FS2004 as well just replaces the stars.dat

This is an extract from the read me Autostar is a utility program for use with FS2002 or FS2004. It can modify the Flight Simulator stars display in several ways: 1. To show the brighter planets in the correct position for a specified date. 2. To show labels for each planet for easy identification. 3. To show the celestial circles. 4. To show an image or message in the stars. 5. To show a comet image. If you had this one then chances are you would remember it Mark

I just found the Autostar utility with a quick Google search. Since I don't know if naming a different flight sim site is taboo, I'll just tell you to search "autostar.zip" and it should come up as the first result.Feel free to PM me if you have any trouble.
