I hadn't heard about it, but after some googling found this (the homepage?).What files did you use to make it run in FSX?

I use this version: GTA San Andreas beta v0.075, unpack d3d9.dll and enbseries.ini to FSX folder. Just make sure to enable only bloom under effect section in enbseries.ini.
