Has anyone here had any experience with Tech Manual Depot? www.techmanualdepot.com Have had their 747-400 AOM & CBT for about a year. Just switched laptops a couple weeks ago and moved their software into the new laptop. They require a new approval file when you do a reinstall (which they claim are free for as long as you own the software), so I sent the required files to the address the program generates. After two weeks and many follow up emails to both sales and support there has been zero response. Wondered if anyone else has had a similar issue with these people? Thanks.
