EMER PWR switch

When I move the emer pwr switch to ON and back to ARM under normal circumstances, an amber BATTERY CHARGING alert is displayed. This goes away when moving the emer pwr switch to OFF and back to ARM, but why does the alert keeps being displayed when the switch is brought back from ON to ARM? Is this intentional?Andreas
