PMDG MD 11 No gauges working

HiThe PMDG MD 11 for FS9, the gauges do not work, the switches are there but the elctronic screen gagues are missing, I only get black boxes.Never had a prob with the PMDG 747or LDS 767, CLS 747.Help please.

This is a failure of the validation system. First try reinstalling the aircraft and if the problem persists, contact Support with your name and order ID (FSX vs. FS9)/ Leffe

Also, if the DU screens are the only thing dark then Leif covered that but if the MCDU is also dark (no keyboard no texture) then it is probably a bad install of the C++ run time library. Try a repair install.
