AIFlightPlanner (AIFP). But you should know that there is a learning curve. Once you enter the world FSX modification, nothing is simple. There are AI rules you must follow. There are programs that try to simplify the process, but in the end there is no substitute for doing it by hand. It's the only way you'll get flights to do exactly as you wish with the most available flexibility.
