ASA 394 - probable bug

Recommended Posts

Guest ashwath

hello hifi team,i did a couple of flights using the new ASA build 394 and FSX. things have been improved a lot...especially the amount of CPU power required is now far more less and hence lesser stuttering. however, i've noticed one issue. the temperature is always wrong for any airport that is represented as advanced interpolation. for example, VOBG had a temperature reading of 33 celsius according to METAR but inside FSX i got a temperature of 5 celsius. FSX's ATIS also reported 5 celsius, but ASA inbuilt ATIS reported it correctly. this happened irrespective of whether i was using station based mode or global mode. this issue does not happen with an airport that does not show itself up as advanced interpolation. example, VOMM. the station had a temperature of 37 celsius and FSX reported the temperature correctly. one another issue is that, u have added a new section to show surface wind and temps in the briefing page. well i'm sorry to say tht this information is wrong in all instances no matter whether the airport is advanced interpolation or not...please look into these issues...regards,
