Vista, where are the FS folders located?

Featured Replies

I look in the c drive under program files and all I can find are loaded game folders. I have FS2004 and FSX loaded and playing but I can't find their folders to extract stuff into them.....I hate Vista!!!

Then you may not get very far. You just have to be smarter than a metal box. Just as in XP, you must unhide all folders. You could do a search for fs9 cfg. The search function in Vista is very fast. It would probably find the file before you finish typing. Here is the path:C:(if that is where you installed it)\Users\(name of your computer)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX(or FS9)You can do it. Bob
