Hi all, I was forced to rebuild my pc and am trying to reinstall RCV43. When I put my activation code in that I recieved when I purchased the software, nothings happens and it continues to to prompt me to activate the software everytime I start RC. Do I need a new activation code for a reinstall?ThxEric :(

if the product id is different than the last time you installed it, yes, you need a new key.I request that your Request be in the following format: nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! Lastname Where nnnnnnn is the product id on the registration screenSend the request to [email protected] The subject line should be RCv4 Key Request
