April 9, 200917 yr Hi,Sorry for the problem and I have replied to your e-mail, but I will post here as well: please install SP1 as this is one of the fixes. For the future, please give us 24 hours to reply! We know you spend good money and want a program to work, but with time zone differences and work schedules, it may be up to 24 hours until we return here to answer, and we will answer. Thanks,
April 9, 200917 yr Hi, Andrea!I think I have the solution to your question. Just install the SP1 B2 upgrade to ASA and this question will be fixed. You can download it from this Forum, on the "Important News" section and the pinned post that says "SP1 B2 is released".The upgrade also adds a line to the context menu on the taskbar (right mouse click): Reset Screen Location.
