Lost weather file after crash

Hello, after a crash with FS2002 (A320PiC) and a restart I am not able to load real weather data. There is always a message, that the system can

Rename your fs2002.cfg to fs2002.cfg.OLD. Restart fs2002, let it stabilize, try downloading weather. If successful, you need to make your settings adjustments again for display, sound, joystick, etc. Delete fs2002.cfg.OLD

Kurt,are you starting your sim with a saved flight?
