Setting up second box for FSX

I have a second rig that I'd like to set up to run FSX extras like FS Commander and maybe. a few other things. So first thing. before I get into the second box. Is there a way to get FSC and other non FSX windows on a second monitor without running in windowed mode?Now to run a second box to support FSX on the primary rig what do I have to do and what software is needed. I normally run FSX with the following.My Traffic XASARadar Contact4Primary AircraftPMDG MD-11PMDG 747XLDS 767ER
