Duplicate Program Loads When FSX Starts

When I start FSX several programs doubly load. For example I have a tool titled Wire3 which provides arresting cables for carriers. I get two loads of the batch file during FSX startup. I also get a double load on FSDreamTeam's software monitor tool bglmanx.dll.Now, I looked at my dll.xml file and my exe.xml. There are duplicate entries for both of these tools - one in dll.xml and one in exe.xml. Should there be duplicate entries like this in these two files?Thanksfb
