MSVCR70.dll Error.

Featured Replies

Hi,I recently migrated to brand new system i7-920, 6GB RAM, 8800GT/512, Viewsonic 24' monitor with 1900x1080 resolution and Vista Ultimate 64bit. While overall performance is fine, I'm constantly receiving MSVCR70.dll error and subsequent CTD with LevelD especially during ground preparation and taxit for TO.I found this dll file in root FS2004 folder and according to advices from AVSIM.com forum, I moved this file (together with MSVCP70) into both System 32 and sysWOW64 folders in VISTA64.Nevertheless, I'm still experiencing this MSVCR70.dll errors especially during switching views from Spot to 2D and VC almost everytime with LevelD 767, occassionally with PMDG747 and never with PMDG MD11. This had never happened with my old setup with Win XP 32 that I used for almost 6 years of FS2004 and 4 years of LevelD experience.I suspect that something might be wrong with C++ installationAppreciate your help and thank you in advanceDmitriy.PS. This post will be copied to LevelD support forum for FS2004.
