Yes, SI vectoring is pretty much on par with good-old RC4. After all these years :-)

Long German STARS are good example. In SI options you may select "Fly full STAR" or something like "allow ATC to start vectoring at any suitable moment during the approach". In both case you will be vectored, but in the latter it will happened before the final point of a STAR. In any case, there is a button "Request Vectors" that appears during the approach phase, so you may request vectors at your discretion. A lot more flexibility comparing with BATC.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I meant that it’s injected AI traffic where SI far behind of both BATC and FsHud. For the record - I own all three.

I know that you are using PSXT, so you will be disappointed. I use SI in a combination with PSXT and so far it's the most efficient (and the most expensive) method to combine best ATC with best AI traffic. It's not a perfect solution, but it's my 26th year of awaiting proper ATC and AI :-) Hence, I have plenty of patience now.

ATC aspect is just great. CDPLC, vectoring, ability to select approaches, flexibility for runway selection via Settings. Plenty of options. AI behavior - still far behind BATC and FSHud.

What was your testing ground for this? For me, the amount of injected traffic reduced dramatically in large airports (EGLL like) in both EA and Exp. departments.

I agree. Actually, I'm not demanding 100% realism, but if at EGLL you have 12-15 departures and 5-7 arrivals per hour, something is horribly wrong.

Hello, With the introduction of jetways for AI aircraft, I decided to give BATC another try. I’ve noticed a significant imbalance between arrivals and departures, with departures overwhelmingly outnumbering arrivals. My settings are 10/10/10/10, and I’ve tested this at LSZH (MKS), EDDF (AS), and LFPG (stock). Has anyone else noticed the same issue? P.S. I asked about this on their Discord but received no response.

Same with two exceptions, 1. Occasional TA/RA from ATC 2. Occasional, not systemic, notifications about a plane on a taxiway.

Same here, but SI instead of BATC for ATC.

Can't stand SI traffic injection. Sorry. They did a fantastic job on ATC, which I use on every flight, but AI traffic still requires a lot of work. Beside PSXT, which is totally different league, BATC has the best AI injector and allocate traffic properly on SIDs/STARs, airways.

I wish PSXT does that too.

Nico, I believe that SI and BATC methods of injecting AI differ fundamentally from yours. We have discussed it many times on your forum.

Use AutoFPS with gradual decrease of TLOD, while you descend to any complex airport. My settings for TLOD are 300 to 50 from 5000ft to touchdown.

It's beta testing. The good thing that those updates are not mandatory. Other than that I have to say that Fenix GSX integration that worked solid for many years, is broken after wave of the updates. Sometimes new update fixes issues, the other day breaks.

I guess it would WASM on 8x. The sim itself is capable to operate on even x16, but not particular plane.

The latest GSX updates totally ruined smoothly working processes for many aircrafts and Fenix was hit the most.
