TriDef 3D with FPS Limiter query

I often use the TriDef 3D driver/software for FSX. TriDef finds 3D compatible programmes on your HDD and sets up a start facility which ensures that the program opens using TriDef. My PC shows up FSX & Google Earth as being available for 3D. I want to use the FPS Limiter but that too has its own starter program for FSX.Can anyone tell me how I can use both together if this is possible.Sorry about the real laymans descriptions but I am sure the gurus know what I mean..... I hope !
