May 2, 200917 yr i just had to pass compliments along to Sheila and FlyTampa.I emailed with the fishy story that I had purchased Hong Kong Kai Tak about three weeks ago and was migrating from my laptop to a new computer. I couldn't find any record of my purchase for my install key for my backup.She looked, checked vendors and said neither could she.I said thanks, maybe it will become clear when I get my statements.She wrote back later that day and said she had looked some more and found me under a different email. Indeed, I had used an email address I never use for flight sim purchases (or much else nowadays). Not only did she give me my key for VHHX, but also for KTPA, which I had purchased a long time ago.This is an example of customer service that was prompt, courteous, effective, and genuinely interested in the customer.So thank you Sheila and BZ FlyTampa. (And I love the scenery.)
