After many months using ASA when it loads now I get a notice that it needs activation. When I load my valid activation code ASA acknowledges it is valid code. Refreshes and then says that the activation code is not valid and request a valid code. It stays in this loop. What is going on and how do I fix this problem.Bob JohnsonDallas

Hi Bob,Did you recently install a SP for ASA?Please let us know. Thanks,

Hi,Didn't have a chance to reply to your PM. We have had a few reports of this and in each case the fix was to uninstall and reinstall ASA. But make sure that you manually delete 2 ASA folders, one in your install path and the other in Documents and Settings/User Name/Application Data/HiFi/ASA. Then reinstall ASA.Thanks,
