May 5, 200917 yr I have installed the A300-600 by HNAC. It looks a fine plane and their cockpit looks nice too, and what's more, it's all freeware.Still the plane is somewhat unflyable in Autopilot mode. The manual is not clear (obviously written by people whose native language isn't English), so I tried to get help in their forum. Since I didn't find answers to my questions in the existing posts, I wanted to register to post myself. Trouble is, I am still waiting for the reply to my registration. The forum says "contact the administrators" - but how??? There is no e-mail address indicated anywhere.I appreciate that this is freeware and I am realistic about this being done by people to the benefit of all. I don't want to flame them or anything in their forums or elsewhere, but just have the opportunity to ask questions like any other forum member there. I am just somewhat frustrated by the inability to get in touch with them. Thanks for any indications on how to get in touch with them (unless people here are willing to describe to me step-by-step what needs to be done to have the autopilot follow a route from FSNav, hold the V/S that I am supposed to enter in the autopilot, and hold the speed entered in the autopilot. Thanks)RegardsMozart
May 5, 200917 yr Mozart - I have that aircraft and yes it's a beauty, one of my faves. A300B4-605R-HNAC to be exact. American Airlines. The first line in the read me file reads "HNAC A300B4-605R Base Package for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004". Check and see if you have that. Maybe it's the panel? I don't have that autopilot problem. Mine works. I use an add-on A320 panel that I use on all my aircraft for wingviews.
