May 8, 200917 yr VERY NICE.Question.My son is in College/Robotics and Automation and for his project he would like to build a a small motion platform for the flight sim.The motion platform would pitch up/dowl/left/right just the way it should when hand flying. The problem is how to get the platform to move then the plane is in AUTOPILOT.Any clues?Bob
May 8, 200917 yr the plateform must read the position of the plane with the autopilot on or off. Itmust read the position of the artificial horizont. doing that, always will workthanksMiguel
May 8, 200917 yr Hi I watch your video on youtube and are very impressive. I started also to build a cockpit like yours based on PMDG737. Can you explain me how you have intefaced the Overhead with the PMDG? If you want can you write me on private. Many thanksArnaldo
May 8, 200917 yr Very, very cool!!! I've never seen a overheadpanel on a homebuilt cockpit before! Genius!!!
May 9, 200917 yr hiif you want to aske me soemthing, n odouubt in send me a private [email protected]
May 10, 200917 yr how in the computer would you read the artificial horizon, i think you must access somewhere in memory specifically the RAM or somewhere else .Thanks,Bob
May 10, 200917 yr hi, there is not any relation between the Ram memory and the position of the artificial horizont. What yo must do is like if you wanted to do a horizont gauge.there are variables in fsuipc that gives the position of the horizont.actually in the marcket you can find moving plateformsi hope it helpsMiguel
