Some MAP problems

Featured Replies

I experience a couple of issues when displaying the map in ASAFirst I at random occasions see a new window open in the map and being displayed some second or so giving it a flickering impression which is very irritating. I think it displays a part of the map.Second while Fs9 or FSX is running the map isn't displayed and the GUI is corrupted

Hi,1. When the map refreshes there is a small amount of flicker. We cannot get rid of this completely. At no time do we open a second window.2. So when you run FS, you do not get a Map Screen? Please let us know. Thanks,

1. I think I see a new display bthat partly cover the original for a second or so. When and how often does the map refreshes?2. After starting FS9 or FSX and minimizing them to see the ASA MAP I only see a small fragemt of it in the map display. Other fragemts are displayed outside the MAP area and might cover other parts of the GUI and even partly outsifr the whole ASA window. The main button in the top of ASA might be partly hidden and be displayed if I hover the mouse over them. So it could be a problem with updating the window display.

Hi,Not sure on the refresh rate. Can you post a screenshot of this? Thanks,

Actuelly No since the map view worked as intended last time I tried with both FSX and FS9 . Also this time the flickering map issue wasn't there instead the map was scrolled occasionally a small amount. But that is not so irritating as the previous behaviour. Only thing I have done that I remember is defragging the HD.

Hi,Also try with Force High Priority Processes both On and Off and see if one way is better than the other. Thanks,
