The "Rules" and "Entries" threads are now in operation. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/forumdisplay.php?f=6In the event, you manage an entry in a 1949 heavy iron air race from Montreal, Amsterdam, or Brisbane to Buenos Aires. The winner combines speed, fuel efficiency, and payload delivery. You represent an airline (or private aircraft) in a plane such as the Boeing 377 Stratocruiser, Douglas DC-6B, Lockheed Constellation, HP Hermes, Avro Lancastrian, Avro Tudor, Canadair Argonaut, and so forth. The race still need pilots to represent SAS, KLM, or BOAC... :( Best,Mike MacKuen

I plan to take the BOAC HP81 Hermes for this little jaunt :)Or maybe have a chat with Lord Brabazon and see if he`ll let me borrow his Behemoth :) albeit not very competitiveHarv has been heavily testing the A2A Strat with Accusim on and getting some impressive performance , not sure which airline he will use but there is a lovely Aer Lingus repaint for it . Would be nice to see the Irish in Argentina ;)
