May 29, 200917 yr A bit silly question: how about everything is perfect and as real as real life?Everybody knows that. Then, why are some looking FS5 addons in a list of FS9 addons? Then I supose that some simmers like the way they look, so what are they looking for?, as real as real life? Thanks,
May 29, 200917 yr For me an addon is perfect when it looks great, feels great and flies great. HOWEVER, and that's a big one: I want the manual to be great as well: The Wilco PIC 737 manual is utter crap, and it spoiled some of the fun for me, because of its lack of info and crappy/silly layout. The VRS Superbug, on the other hand, has a manual with a very good tutorial. This means I can be up and running in, say, four hours. By that time, I know of all major systems and how they generally work. I can land on carrier decks, launch from them using the catapult... THAT makes for a ver enoyable experience! So, beside the actual plane needing to be good, the documentation needs to be good too, and there are not a lot of addons out there that get it all right! May 31, 200917 yr For me the MADDOG published by Leonardo has everything I am looking for except a fast 3D view left and right in 2D mode, if that makes sense.JimCYWG
