Is it still operational? I am not able to use the default internet weather for past few days now.can anyone suggest some free alternatives

I used it earlier today around 1900Z and everything seemed to work normally.

Working normally here also. Maybe it's your firewall blocking it.

It's a possibility, but it's just as likely there is a problem with one of the hops between your PC and the Weather server. You could try running tracert (Start/Run Enter Tracert and the IP or domain name of the weather server) to see where the problem is at.
