Does anyone know the bes tway to set up your windsmoothing in FSUIPC? I just bought it today to get rid of those darn winds that reduces my aircrafts speed with up to 150knts(!)

FSUPIC does not get rid of the winds that are there. It only smooths the swinging of the winds by huge amounts from one second to the next and allows you to reduce to so many degrees per whatever. If you have huge headwinds then do what real pilots do and fly at a different altitude that has a different wind speed or vector or even a different route may be needed.
