FP's can be generated by using tools(website's) like simroutes.com. That site can store FP's in different ways (Level-D, PIC, PMDG, FS9, FSX). That's the way I create my Company Routes (that's what you're reffering to).I save them in the format "KLAXKJFK001". That's the name you're gonna punch in in LSK L1 on the FMC on the INT page. Two routes? I guess by entering an alternative route in the FMC. Say 1 rout KJFK to KLAX with an alternatif KJFK to KSFO (as example)

Whatever flight plans you have in your PMDG flight plans folder that matches your origin & destination will be displayed.
