My flight simulator always crashes to desktop whenever I fly over the Alberta area. I have a few add on scenery but I don't think it's the problem. Please help me.

Please provide more information: What addons are you running? Have you changed anything recently. Are you running the commercial add on Ultimate Terrain by any chance?

It sounds like you may be having problems with Ultimate Terrain -- make sure you have the latest version installed. There was a bug in it where it joins up with the default scenery in that area -- I sometimes have the same problem, but I've just been too lazy to fix it because I don't fly that area too often. Try doing a flight in the area after you've changed the date in Flight Simulator to any day in December, 2008 which changes the scenery from spring to hard winter, and see if that works. You can also try disabling "Custom Railroads" in the Ultimate Terrain config utility. You can also go to their support forums or on their website and do a search for crash to dektop. This one for example:<< http://forums.simflight.com/viewtopic.php?...56&start=15 >>Try all that and let us know what happens.Hope this helps!Chuck B.Hope this helps.
