Possible solution for unwanted Cloud redraws

ASA redraws Clouds despite the Range Suppression Function and sometimes one get's completly different weather on approach than predicted. A problem that many have encountered, including me. On my last flight I did something to get rid of another problem, the High Altitude Clouds. I followed the advice to disable CAVOK Cloud generation and that also effected the Cloud redraws in flight.There were none. It seems to me that the random CAVOK cloud generation forces the sim to redraw all weather in the vicinity, which then screws up the depiction of what should be there. Without the CAVOK Cloud generation I had no unwanted redraws.Try this guys, and see if it helps.Karsten
