Strange sound issue

This is how it looks:I had used Flight Deck Companion for the checklists and co pilot, but since some time I cannot hear ANYTHING from the program after 'before takeoff' or 'taxi check'. The co-pilot remains silent, the program stops updating the log file. Support says, it is my PC or its software problem. I have bought MCE, and I have noticed very similiar behaviour. The programs works well during the entire flight, but the copilot remains silent from close flight phases of takeoff. It then speaks again when I will land.Does anybody found similiar issue? It really makes me mad. Or maybe a clues where to dig in. I'm really stuck with it
