Im trying to find the file for the gps system in the program files. can anyone tell me where to find the file? is it under simobjects?

If it is the Learning Centre discussion of the GPS you are looking for then you'll find the HTML document under Flight Simulator X\FSWeb\LearningCentre\Navigation\UsingTheGPS.htm You'll also find it in the Learning Centre which you can click on from the FSX Startup screen.
