July 9, 200916 yr Need more info there John. A little vague. What aircraft? I assume it's under FS2004? And is it an add on aircraft? If it is, is the plane moving when you apply the parking brake?Yes its in FS9 and it happens when I apply the parking brake on any aircraft and the aircraft is still moving, and I think you just answered my question lolThe parking brake should only be used only after the toe brakes have stopped the aircraft. I use the PB when I am aiming the aircraft for take off as its rather a hit and miss thing to achieve for me with the toe brakes. I have looked everywhere for the wave file that gives that squeal but no luck yet. Thanks Zach.....John
July 9, 200916 yr Hello,Unless you modified something .. this is no sound when parking brakes ON and default planes still going forward very slowly.Some addon airplanes have some brakes sounds... one Constellation freeware come to mind ....Regards.Gus.

I think I just have to polish my skills on the toe brakes to stop the aircraft and use the parking brake the for what it was intended for, to apply after the aircraft is parked.
