On the loading screen ASA keeps asking to be activated now it won't even load. I've been using it on the same computer since purchase. Let me know what other information you need. Thanks.

I have had this same problem for months. Jim recommends to reinstall, I have not done this. The work around that works on my system is to repond to that request when asked for the code is to press cancel and ASA continues to load with no problems. If you try to input the valid codes ASA will loop and keep asking for the valid code. Hope this works for you.BobDallas

Hi,That is correct. If you uninstall make sure to manually delete the 2 ASA folders left behind. One is in your install path, the other is in Documents and Settings/User Name/Application Data/HiFi/ASAThanks,

Okay. Thanks for that. I'll try that out as soon as I get home.

Jim,Are your recovery procedures for FS9 of FSX? Is there a simple patch for FSX that can fix the annyoing problem.ThanksBob JohnsonDallas

Hi Bob,Any install since you are not installing directly into any version of FS, but in a separate path. The clean reinstall method has worked for the handful of users what have experienced this. Thanks,
