NBA Planes

Featured Replies

Hey, does anybody know what planes do the NBA teams use to travel. I am sure they don't use regular lines (or do they?), but their own planes or charters. These final nights I've been flying after the games from the city the play to the city they belong using real weather to know how they did in their flight, but I am not sure what plane to use. I am using medium jets such as the Fokker 100, the A-320 or the 737.ThanksLeo

Hi Leo,Well, it depends on the Team. Several teams have ther own Private Jets (Orlando Magic has a beautiful BBJ) while 12 teams actually contract with a major US Carrier based in the Midwest to charter specially configured 727's with Excutive seating. They also share these A/C with several NHL Teams to get better utilization from the A/C.
