I have a problem with the registration.I requested a new RC key after a reinstall in my newly installed Windows 7. I start the program as admin and put in the new key. After about 5 seconds the registration box just disappear. When i start RC again the registration box come back. I then try several times with the same key and also requested a new one. Same problem.Flying with default ATC gives me the creeps after using RC for long time.Anybody who can help me with this please?RegardsMorten M

That's quite strange. Are you sure you ran the registration as an Admin? Try to disable UAC too. I'm running RC/FSX/FsPX/ASA on Window 7 64-bit and have no problem at all.David.

Yes, ran as admin. UAC and Avast antivirus off, same problem. Did a new reinstall of RC an still the same problem.Just before the program quits i can see (not responding) in the top of the registrationwindow.Morten

Any system logs mentioning problems with RC/other sim-related software? Right-click the 'Computer' icon in start menu or your desktop and click 'Manage' You'll get a console with different options. Search for Event Viewer and Windows System Protocols (or whatever it is called in English - I only have Czech version :) ) and there's a sub-node called 'Application'... Look for a red error or yellow warning icons. Or see http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=98492 to find out how to log RC events into its own log file...Or see http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=253826 - perhaps this helps?David.

just like vista, you have to run rc by right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and then clicking run as administratorif that doesn't work, send me a screen shot of your registration screen, with the product id, and the key you pasted in, visiblejd
