July 21, 200916 yr Hello everyone, i have a strange problem in FS2004. I will be glad to help me. So the problem is that: my view is changing random. It does not mater if I am flying or on the ground. I checked my buttons, everything is normal. I used this problem before but it solved by itself, I don't know how. Thank you for your time.
July 21, 200916 yr Hello,Nevertheless you had checked your buttons .. it can't be a ghost acting in your PC.So normaly you must have a keyboard prob or a joystick (yoke) problem. My first suggestion is to go in the command options and change the keyboard key who command the views change (S toggle view french keyboard here)) with a other key or change the mapping button on your control device and see if it's solve the problem.Regards.Gus.
July 21, 200916 yr Author I did correct it. Very strange - I did delete the assigned key and assigned it again and now its fine. The problem is not with my yoke, it seems to me fs2004 problem.
July 21, 200916 yr Hello, it seems to me fs2004 problemCertainly not a FS2004 problem (or bug) and I stand up fiercely on this position :)Regards.Gus.
July 22, 200916 yr I had this same problem a few months ago. I went into "assigmnents" and deleted the keyboard assignment of "S" ( changes views FORWARD) ,but kept the command of "Shift / S" to move views backward. I shift views FORWORD with RED button on my Saitek Yoke, and the "Shift/S" keyboard keys to move views BACKWARD. Most of the time I just RIGHT CLICK and choose which view I want. The randon view changing stopped. I think the reason is a keyboard malfunction. Its a cheap DELL Keyboard I received with one of my computers.
