As noted in my post below, I submitted a support request by email. I understand from the forum that PMDG Support provides an automatic reply to all email requests to confirm that the message has been received?My first request was sent at 1000Z today from the email account which I used to purchase from PMDG {and which has been used to validate several re-installs over the last 24 hours}; when I had not received a response after a couple of hours, I sent another request using a different email account at approx 1330Z.So far I have not had an auto-response to either. Both emails were sent from normal accounts both of which have received emails from other addresses today. Nor have I received any indication that my 2 emails to support could not be delivered.I have of course checked any junk folders and looked at my accounts at the two ISP - again with no indication of a response from PMDG.Earlier posts here show that this seems to be a fairly common problem - I must be making a pigs somewhere! So v grateful for any advice from PMDG on where to go next.John Rooum
