is fs running, not on the fly now menu, not on a menu choice, but at the gate, clock ticking on the panel, when you click the "start rc" button? if not, fs has to be running before clicking the button.if that isn't it, make a .log, details pinned at the top. duplicate the error, zip up the log and send it to mejd

JD, At the gate ready to go and then nothing get the error and then RC crashes goes away. When reading the document about going into FSX and "In FSX, click on the FSX add-ons menu item, and then click FSUIPC." I can't even find this option to do this so my FSUI may not be configured I persume this add ons button is on the tag across the top of the screen? How do I make a log not sure about that one? I can send you one if I could figure how to do that. Noticed also on main menu that there is no button for updates either .DH

Jd, Got it working it was that I needed to update the fsuipc. The one I had didn't work. Ok now I get it going and there is the menu in the cockpit but when I hit the lets just say 2 for weather, I hear a ding and see a runtime 75 error"Radar Contact.fsuipc.rcv4 code"I have it configured per instruction manual. I do have my Norton Antivirus program off. Anything else it could be?Thanks,David Hawley
